My Approach

Why do I do the work that I do? Because I know that by shining a light on what it means to be an inclusive leader, I can open doors and lighten the load for others. I know that by exposing toxic culture in the workplace, I create an opportunity to address it through leadership development. I can’t undo the harm that has been done, but I can help organizations create an alternate path forward. A path filled with curios, compassionate, empathetic and accountable leadership. By doing the work myself and being willing to sacrifice my own comfort, it’s my hope to inspire others to do the same.

As an iPEC Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), I help organizations and individuals start the process “inside,” finding the root of most challenges and blocks to success, including limiting perspectives about the world, defeating thoughts, and outdated beliefs picked up from past experiences, family, society, and the media. So many of us are trapped in negative thinking. These blocks play a massive role in how people lead, sell, and operate inside of organizations.

The reality is, work life and home life are no longer separate. Organizations need to support the entire human and provide opportunities for individuals to grow in all aspects of their life, which is why I also took the time to become a Fair Play Method certified facilitator. The method offers a new way to divvy up domestic responsibilities at home. The more organizations equip their employees with an understanding of this and a system/plan to fix it, the more impact individuals will be able to have inside of their organizations.
